    A Working Glossary

These are the terms OleWow uses to describe the problem, the system and the category. Not industry jargon. A precise vocabulary for a precise discipline.

    01

    Decision Intelligence

The discipline of governing how decisions are made, validated and executed inside organizations. Not a technology. A structural capability that determines what gets executed — and what does not.

    02

    Controlled Execution

Execution that happens only after decisions have been simulated, validated and prioritized. The opposite of automated execution, where speed replaces judgment.

    03

    Decision Layer

The system between strategy and action. Where decisions are evaluated for impact, risk and alignment before any resource is committed. SelAI operates at the decision layer.

    04

    Organizational Digital Twin

A dynamic model of how an organization actually functions — its processes, nodes, tensions and decision patterns. Used to simulate the impact of decisions before they happen.

    05

    Scenario Simulation

The evaluation of a decision's consequences before execution. SelAI runs scenarios against the organizational digital twin to surface risk, misalignment and unintended consequences.

    06

    Execution Noise

The accumulation of actions taken without validated decision logic. A primary driver of resource waste, misalignment and degraded EBITDA in complex organizations.

    07

    Impact Prioritization

The process of ranking decisions and initiatives by their real value creation — economic, experiential, organizational — against their cost, complexity and risk. The basis for what moves forward.

    08

    Decision Latency

The delay between when a decision should be made and when it is actually made — and the organizational cost of that gap. A key metric in decision intelligence systems.
